The FEZANA Religion Education Committee website is a resource hub designed to support Zoroastrian religion education teachers worldwide. It offers age-appropriate lesson plans on various topics such as Religion, Prayers, Ceremonies, Celebrations, the Gathas, Zoroastrian History, the Shahnameh, and Comparative Religion. Additionally, a Teacher’s Guide is included to aid in effective interaction and presentation of the material.

This initiative was born from collaborative efforts, with insights gathered from numerous religion educators across North America, aiming to cater to the diverse needs of teachers.

Key features of the site include:

  • Lesson plans prepared by religion class teachers and verified by accredited schoolteachers for age appropriateness.
  • Acknowledgment of contributors at the bottom of each lesson plan.
  • Inclusion of both Parsi and Iranian perspectives, providing a holistic understanding of the religion.

By reconciling diverse cultural perspectives, this platform aims to foster open knowledge exchange and joyful collaboration, enhancing the teaching experience for educators globally. The presented lesson plans serve as valuable source material for religion class teachers.
